The accommodation comprises of entrance through the lobby at the front of property, 15 steps to the apartment entrance to the hall with understair storage. The large bedroom with a kingsize bed has sea views and separate shower room across the landing with shower cubicle, washbasin, wc and heated towel rail.

There is a well equiped Kitchen/Lounge/diner with electric double oven and hob, fridge and washer/drier (all built in), 32 inch flat screen TV and Hi-Fi. The lounge has a large bay window with sea views across the bay to Hayle Towans.

The Apartment is only a short distance from Porthmeor beach, just one of St Ives magnificent award winning beaches, offering visitors safe bathing and various activities including surfing, diving, boat trips and fishing. It is as located close to the coastal path for numerous walks.
